Dual responsibility for delivery of projects for both new business / education and existing clients working on multiple projects concurrently. Helping with development of new areas of the business by identifying sales opportunities within existing client base. Strong key skills in organisation, time management and communication as well as presentation and interpersonal skills all developed as a result of working within a sales team. I am able to use many skills from previous roles to transform client requirements into solutions of key project management principles to deliver projects within time scales and budget.

As the company met a much higher demand for redesigns, with clients wanting to spruce up old designs, upgrade their existing websites and more products and functionality came available, a new position was created.As the only redesign / client delivery manager, I manage all projects that have purchased a redesign to give the client the "step up" they have invested their money in the website to achieve. This job uses a lot of my skills from being a project manager but it also requires a lot of new ones also. Instead of building a website from scratch, I have to look at a website that is existing but with new eyes. I then go about improving it, with new functionality, design changes and more.This can range from simple adhoc work such as changing a logo, to a complete new look for an existing client who wants to change their branding entirely. This role has given me a lot more insight and has given me the opportunity to really get to grips with what I love, coding, HTML, CSS and bespoke work.

As a project manager for Toolkit Websites, I'm the clients main point of contact whilst they are inbuild. This can range from a couple of weeks, to months depending on the project size and the deadline the client is after.First of all I get a clear understanding of what they expect their website to look like, and how they expect it to function.With a process that suits all clients we build a design for their website. Once the design is approved we will then go about making each page, applying the clients content and images.I even sort out the domain and emails making sure that these are in place with the technical team before the website can go live.I also work with Google Analytics, Search Engine Optimisation, and more so they get the most out of all of these products and services.Working with a range of different clients, ranging from small start up companies to larger projects, I have definitely had an insight to most industries and have had to gain a good understanding of what a website needs for each one.I have to make sure I am a good communicator, and also a good listener. Sometimes if the client wants something that we would not recommend we have to offer our expert opinion to make sure the website is the best it possibly can be.Although I am young, I have gained a lot of experience over the years and have peaked in my job as a project manager. I can keep to tight deadlines, I can keep regular appointments and I can juggle a number of clients at one time.

Serving customers requests, learning all the different drinks, and money handling. Good organisation skills required remembering orders, and different mixtures of drinks. I work every other Friday and every other Saturday.

Serving customers, restocking, taking and fulfilling orders, ordering stock, booking and organising events, attending events/ corporate events/ festivals/ fairs/ weddings/ parties/ presentations, building an ecommerce website, maintaining and updating a brochure style website, banking, important phone calls, managing customers over the phone. During my time at Candylicious I have been left on numerous occasions to run, organise, prepare and meet targets alone in which I have achieved them successfully.
