I also made sure that the trainers were doing their jobs effectively and managed all classrooms ensuring that all classrooms were equiped with the proper materials to facilitate a successful training session. I attended coorporate meetings and spoke with the client on Melbourne's progress and any action plans neccessary to make sure that our seaso was a success. I worked closely with the operations managers after the training season ended to help the season run as smoothly and as flawlessly as possible. I was hired as a licensed insurance agent selling policies for Florida Blue. In the time that I was at TeleTech, I advanced from a tier 1 licensed insurance agent to a trainer, operational readiness testing for each graduating training class after mine, and floor support. I was Team Lead assistant and moved up to Operations Manager Assistant as well. I helped the floor in a variety of ways from selling insurance, coaching and training agents and helping the floor operate smoothly and seamlessly.

I worked as a closing coordinator for loans, specializing in mortgage loans. I made sure all the finalizations were completed and the loan was ready for closing. I then called the borrower to schedule the loan for closing. I ended scheduling 30 – 40 loans a day exceeding the goal of 18 a day.
