The Alliance for PACE Innovation and Quality improves the lives of older adults and their families by advancing access to Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) and the quality of care they provide. APIQ is sponsored by the National PACE Association (NPA).Building on resources and knowledge developed under NPA’s PACE 2.0 initiative, APIQ provides organizations with individualized support and consultation related to PACE quality and growth. With a grant from The John A. Hartford Foundation, West Health, and The Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Foundation, APIQ is piloting consultation services, at reduced fees for individual organizations, to address these goals.

Responsible to review and implement current and new regulatory requirements into policy, procedure and practice, including; reviewing and updating care management documents such as; Policies and procedures meet regulatory requirements and accreditation standards

Develops, coordinates and institutes healthcare program planning implementation and evaluation for Sitka Community Hospital. Assist in developing a culture of excellence, through benchmarking and communication of best practices, and learning, applying and sharing tools and techniques. Leads and facilitates agenda setting, project planning, accountability and goal setting. Communicate with SCH Leadership and staff to develop solutions that improve process performance by increasing productivity and efficiency and or managing demand while enhancing customer service.
