* Sourcing local and nationwide funding schemes and liaising with local councils, stakeholders, schools and contractors. * Developing, implementing and managing key strategies to maximise impact and reach with a Net Zero focus.* Planning and development of project programme and managing team to hit key milestones.* Delivering circular economy focused training in secondary schools to improve awareness and change behaviour.* Producing key infographics, videos and material for use in funding applications and bids.

Project values ranging from £3m - £50m.* Working across multiple civils projects with local councils and luxury clients, including highways, tunnels and the refurbishment of Grade II listed buildings. * Assessing feasibility of design and developing options with contractors and clients.* Coordinating and managing subcontractor performance to ensure key programme targets met. * Facilitating and managing risk and value engineering workshops, liaising with key authorities and stakeholders and reviewing and collating drawings and change logs. * Chairing meetings to manage designers, itemising works for pricing and reviewing and updating programmes.* Liaising with planning authorities and specialists to ensure planning applications were successful.* Preparing project documentation and presenting information to clients and business leads for gate approval.* Assessing, verifying and querying contractor requests for payment and liaising with commercial departments.

December 2019- June 2020* Ensuring project compliance with health, safety and sustainability requirements, recording and reporting against project sustainability targets and liaising with leads to ensure waste and energy consumption are in line with site waste management plan. * Auditing and supporting project teams in reaching digital excellence, including training and workshops, and benchmarking and trialling new levels. * Facilitating lessons learnt forums, coordinating and organising events to ensure social value targets met, and holding exhibitions and engaging with communities to draw new talent and interest. * Coordinating and chairing ‘Eight Waste’ meetings, workshops and presenting key findings. Working as part of the ‘Site of the Future‘ team to trial, implement and promote new technologies and more efficient ways of working in order to meet and exceed client requirements and expectations.* Managing stakeholder and subcontractor expectations and works, writing scopes of work, leading site walks and producing programmes. * Chairing collaborative 8 week lookahead meetings and deep dive sessions for future work phases, reviewing RAMS and facilitating mental health awareness training.* Mentoring and supporting new graduates, apprentices and trainees to develop and improve their skills over the length of their programme. * Ensuring defect free delivery by producing benchmarking details for contractors, managing ITRs and the close out of snags. * Undertaking visual surveys to inform designs and clash detection and using BIM360 and various digital platforms throughout the project lifecycle to aid project success.

June 2018- December 2019* Managing drawing register, migrating historical data and collating handover documentation.* Liaising with designers to verify designs, changes and clashes, and producing a lookahead schedule for external parties. * Managing the procurement planner, internal and external permits, and reporting weekly variances.* Implementing digital short interval control, producing and managing resource schedules and chairing handover meetings.* Using CAD to detect and overcome clashes and provide drawings to client and contractors.

Working within the Power, Transmission and Distribution team on Inverary- Crossaig initial design and feasibility. Carrying out risk assessments, assessing environmental impacts for SSSI's and producing CAD models for presentation to the client.
