Currently manages a team of 7 to 9 officers on a daily basis, with a total weekly team size of 22 officers. 2+ years of dispatch and resource management experience, with an interest in further developing my skills as a dispatcher. Frequently acts as the first point of contact for my organization to outside government agencies in emergent and routine encounters, as well as third parties providing or receiving services from my organization. Extremely experienced with computer systems with a background in C++, Java, Python, and other smaller scripting languages, applied in the workplace to independently produce tools to assist dispatchers and managers carry out their job duties in an effective manner.I am always seeking to both grow as a person and help my organization grow as I provide my unique combination of talents on a daily basis. Problem-identification and solution generation, adjacent to modern technical systems are some of my strong points as I immerse myself in the tools I am provided.
