Provide strategic Human Resources support to Bank Operations and Corporate Finance teams in the areas of compensation, performance management, talent management, organizational design and talent acquisition.

As HR Manager, I assist, consult and provide timely, sound guidance on employee relations matters. This includes:-Develop, interpret, review and maintain current domestic HR Policies as well as governance and oversight of HR Policies. Provide guidance on complex leave of absence and accommodations issues, disciplinary matters, fitness for duty and other employee relations matters. - Review and approve involuntary terminations in partnership with Legal. - Assist with discovering all relevant facts in a fair and objective manner to determine appropriate action. - Own and maintain domestic RIF process and conduct appropriate due diligence and WARN analysis. - Training sessions to increase skills/competencies of client facing HRBPs and training resources to guide front-line management to minimize employee relations issues.- Track and manage conflict of interests disclosed by employees.

Provide strategic HR business partner support to various areas of the business including Global Risk team, Global Finance team and retail sales team for Mortgage line of business.

Creation of strategic Human Resources function for a 450 employee long term care facility.
