I am a Personal trainier based in city of London & a Sport and exercise psychologist in training. I am very passionate about sport, exercise, psychology and wellbeing with particular interests in mental health literacy, emotional intelligence, the psychological effects of injury, burntout and perfectionism. I have worked in different sport and exercise settings using Acceptance commitment therapy. As a personal trainer, I develop personalised training programs for clients based on their individual goals and interests. I Conducted comprehensive fitness assessments and psychological evaluations to identify clients' strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement, enabling them to overcome barriers and achieve optimal results. Furthermore, I am a qualified England boxing coach, working with boxers and recreational athlete on the technical and tactical aspects of the sport. As well as using the sport of boxing as a source of active recovery. In addition to one to one services I have experience coordinating and facilitating group exercise classes and psychological workshops, creating a supportive and motivating environment to help individuals do what matters to them and achieve their goals.
