Served as Chief of Staff to COO. Oversaw org health and strategic effectiveness of COO leadership team (Operations, IT, Systems & Data, and Talent Development teams). Acted as senior leader support for cross-functional organizational issues: -- Provided in-depth instructional action planning support in collaboration with academic teams and schools. -- Supported CEO in interim capacity on budgeting initiatives, talent practices, and leadership team facilitation. -- Facilitated redesign of merged Talent Operations team. Identified early stage team strategy and staffing plan, supported integration of merged team, and onboarded new team VP.

Led team of data strategists to provide robust reporting, performance evaluation, and roll-out support of data-intensive organizational initiatives. -- Strategic Initiative Implementation: Instructional training redesign. Managed implementation of cross-functional initiative under direction of the Chief Academic Officer to provide 8 weeks of intensive training to over 1,000 teachers and leaders as an overhaul of the instructional professional development program. Conducted organizational debrief and assessment at request of Co-CEO. -- Strategic Initiative Implementation: Performance Management. Co-led implementation of Achievement First's teacher recognition and evaluation program - the Teacher Career Pathway - to redesign a merit-based compensation and recognition system. Ran in house quantitative team to measure and report teacher impact on student achievement for teachers.

Managed Achievement First’s analytical portfolio to integrate performance-based data practices into education leaders’ strategic decision making and talent practices.

Collaborated with expert witness support teams to calculate damages in corporate litigation cases. Worked directly with testifying economists and senior management in developing case strategy, financial modeling, and economic analysis.
