Responsible for all HR functions on boarding through off boarding. Some of the tasks associated with this position are attendance and vacation tracking, benefit enrollment, background checks, payroll and maintaining compliance with government requirements as it relates to our benefit plans.

Worked under the Quality Manager assigning and researching internal and external customer complaints or issues. Assisted in development, review, and management of policies and procedures, as well as training on the quality management system. Helped compile monthly metrics for insurance carriers.

As the Customer Care Coordinator I was responsible for a majority of training for new staff members. I also assigned and researched internal and external customer complaints or issues and escalated them to the proper departments. This was in addition to the customer care responsibilities of answering incoming calls from internal departments, patients, hospital units and physicians, front end of billing and reporting patient results.
