My AP duties include receiving invoices, matching invoices to pack slips or purchase orders, then entering the invoice into our accounting system. I manage the weekly payable list and respond to vendor's inquiries via phone and emails. I troubleshoot errors and issues and make corrections. Other duties include entering weekly payroll reports, utility invoices and assisting with audits. As credit card manager, I issue and maintain all company held credit cards. I maintain internal reports and cardholder agreements. Each month, approximately 85 cards' transactions are reviewed and entered to the appropriate general ledger account and cost center. I assist cardholders on a daily basis by providing one-on-one guidance on how to use the online system, answering questions about declines, and handling fraudulent charges.
