Human Resources Consultant
CurrentPartner with leadership to understand and address business challenges through effective HR strategies.Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.Collaborate with all levels of employees from front line employees to senior management.Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.Lead talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning, recruitment, selection and offer creation.Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.Support organizational change initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Participate in project teams within client organization, providing guidance and support as appropriate.Proactively identify and seek solutions to address people and organizational needs.Maintain HR records, such as employee information and documentation.Prepare HR-related reports as needed (e.g., turnover rates, headcount, overtime).Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training sessions.Support payroll and benefits administration processes.Help maintain SAP/Success Factors databases and systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
