As Senior Counsel at Baker & Miller PLLC, my practice focused on complex commercial litigation, government investigations, and compliance matters. I defended companies in major class actions related to alleged cartel and price-fixing activities and have experience before the U.S. Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission, and various state antitrust authorities. I also have first-chair trial experience, having litigated issues related to fraud and trademark, as well as contractual and general business disputes. My work encompassed multiple industries, including aerospace, fashion, food and beverage, agricultural products, shipping, automotive and other transportation, and more. In addition, I represented the governments of Australia and the United Kingdom in briefing international jurisdictional issues before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court.

At Skadden, I aided in settlement negotiations with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the U.S. Department of Justice related to record-setting investigations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. I also assisted in numerous pro bono matters, including a matter before the U.S. Supreme Court.
