I support External AT&T Authorized Solutions Providers as their AT&T Liaison, as well as I am a Sales Coach Manager to an Internal team of Sales Executives covering all of Northwest Arkansas and Southern Missouri. As a Liaison my role is to assist my Vendor Partner in training to keep their employees up to date on current AT&T Products, Services and Pricing. As a Coach Manager I remotely coach my team through a series of team building session and individual skill transfer sessions. I coach my team to strive for sales and customer service excellence.I assist and resolve customer escalations that are uncovered by the External or Internal team through networking with different departments to come to the fastest resolution. I work with City Government offices to ensure that both External and Internal teams are in compliance for selling purposes. Additionally I act as Team Lead when my Supervisor is unavailable.

I dotted line manage a team of Account Managers in retaining current AT&T customers, assisting with implementation and billing issues, providing contact with various departments within, and outside, of the AT&T organization to ensure that any and all service failure issues are corrected and completed to the customer's satisfaction. I was personally responsible for successfully managing, developing and growing medium-large business account covering the entire State of Kansas, in addition to my client's satellite offices across the United States as well as abroad. Success has been achieved year over year as an individual and as a team player through dotted-line management of a support team that assisted me with Data Infrastructure Design with the assistance of our Engineering Departments, Wi-Fi Setup and Configuration, AVPN, IP Based Solutions, Mobility Sales, Mobility Applications Sales and Services, Cloud and Synoptic Solutions. We have managed to grow and retain our base year over year. I was responsible for $3.6 million in annual revenue.

I was responsible for successfully handling hundreds of accounts at a time over a 3 State region totaling $1.5 million in annual revenue. Through the current advertisers I was responsible for retention, increasing their spend by offering new products, help them strategize new ways to market their business including internet yellow page advertising, Search Engine Optimization, Ad Words, Development of Web Sites and Optimized Landing Pages. For new advertisers I would scout businesses and work with them to develop a full advertising option including Print Advertising Content, Logo Design, Ad Copy that would drive customers to their business, as well as internet, cell phone and direct mail advertising options. Specialized in DSL, Uverse Television and wire-line telephone sales within a wireless store environment. I would “piggy-back” my sales with existing or new customers working with a wireless representative. I had to maintain a strong, trusting relationship with the 10 wireless reps in the store with me as my sales had to work hand-in-hand with their sales.
