As a passionate and driven entrepreneur, I have both founded and led my own startups and worked on numerous startup and high-growth teams. Early-stage startups and high-growth organizations alike offer an opportunity to build and mold brands, products, teams and companies thanks to agile and innovative thinking, both a love and skill of mine. I pride myself on the ability to think and work with breadth and depth, a particular demand of high growth organizations, so as to move quickly from long-term strategy to immediate tactical needs. With a focus in marketing, communications and sales leadership, I have lived and breathed digital and classic brand marketing plus sales execution across an array of industries that spans tech startups and classic CPG to B2B businesses and nonprofits for 20 years. While my expertise lies in building brands and driving growth, my executive experience in working with high growth organizations and Founders & CEOs crosses all major functions. I completed a MBA with Distinction from Kellogg at Northwestern and a MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School.
