Upon the merger with Delaware County Bank I currently am the back up system administrator for our LOS Ellie Mae's Encompass software. I also do some training and coordinate third party training. I often help with miscellaneous admin tasks when needed.

I currently act as our administrator for our Loan operating platform, Encompass. I do the reporting functions for the residential department, as well as manage all construction loan draw requests. I am involved in assisting the sales staff and providing some administration assistance to one of the SVP's. I am also acting as the lock desk for our residential lending department.

I started at DCB as a Teller worked my way to CSR/acting as Asst Manager. I opened accounts, ran teller drawer when needed, balanced the vault helped with reporting and most importantly overall customer service. After the CSR position I went to the corporate office for the position of file clerk, loan admin. assistant and then to credit analyst.
