As the Injury Prevention Director at 3DSB, my mission is to cultivate a culture of fitness and well-being that aligns with our organization's dedication to service members' health. My expertise in evidence-based injury prevention is instrumental in enhancing our team's performance and readiness.In my current role since May 2024, I've been responsible for launching and overseeing the H2F initiative's injury prevention programs. This involves strategizing with health professionals, implementing comprehensive training, and conducting rigorous assessments.
