- Served as the liaison between homeowners and closing attorneys to ensure smooth closing transactions during real estate sales. - Reassigned previous homeowner accounts to incoming homeowners as necessary due to the sale, foreclosure, or reassignment of ownership; this included the pro-rating of all dues and fees owed. - Collaborated with attorneys, banking entities, and real estate agents on property sales including short sales and foreclosures.- Researched and provided billing and collections on bank-owned and investor-owned lots.

Said review process included ensuring that loan closing documents were in compliance with bank policies and procedures. - Responsible for checking that all documents are recorded appropriately thus ensuring bank’s collateral position if perfected.- Participated in ongoing banking-related education as provided in-house by United Community Bank, including compliance and regulatory requirements.

- Instrumental in maintaining the day-to-day accounts receivable procceses such as opening new accounts, conducting credit checks for incoming clients, preparing daily reports and deposits, posting daily payments to accounts, managing inventory upkeep and shipments and coordinating incoming invoices with outgoing payments. -Worked closely with clients to ensure proper fund allocations for shipments while maintaing a positive customer service experience.
