• Perform advanced transactional analysis on large data sources• Working knowledge in fraud recognition, remediation, and fraud analysis • Great understanding of loss prevention and ability to identify fraud patterns while working in the fraud monitoring tool queue

• Identify and prevent fraudulent activity on customer's accounts through third party data sources and transaction verification• Examine government issued documents to determine validity by detecting any tampering or altering of the received documentation • Detect, aggregate, and submit fraud rings to the Specialty Investigations Team

• Chief leadership and management of daily operations for a business unit, which employs over seventy permanent staff members and independent contractors• Management of all customer service related issues in 7 different locations • Responsible for hiring, disciplinary action, scheduling, payroll, inventory control, budget reviews, succession planning and strategic planning
