As the Credit Manager for the Americas, my key responsibilities will be providing credit management to a diverse team and region. Ensuring sound risk management, minimizing write off's while supporting business growth.

Provide meaningful collaboration with businesses to enable the realization of HP's long term strategies and implementation of short term programs/initiatives, resulting in growth, profitability and cash accelerationAnticipate and react to the business environment

Take care of South Africa and Africa from a Credit Risk perspective, completing and reviewing Channel customers and direct customers, mitigating risk by doing the required analysis according to company policy.•Negotiate with customers on related credit terms and conditions, specifically payment terms, securities, and defaults in order to minimize risk to HP.•Building key relationships with internal and external customers to facilitate the better flow of credit. •Dispute resolution, by being the interface between the customer and collections when needed.•Communicating and resolving disputes internally with business units.•Provide leadership to credit and collection staff, within the CEE and MEMA sub regions by providing coaching and training.•Provide training to internal stakeholders on a regional credit landscape promoting the Credit & Collection organization.•Ensure all business fundamentals relating to my portfolio are met on a monthly basis.•Provide any needed training and on boarding for new credit staff within CEE and MEMA.
