With a deep understanding of data, attention to detail, and drive for creating a culture of excellence, Amber partners with clients to enhance professional practice through nursing excellence structures and processes, professional development, strategic planning, project management, leadership development, coaching and mentoring, and using data to drive practice. She cultivates professional practice environments through collaborative relationships with those at the point of care to those in executive suites. Amber holds a Master’s degree in Nursing Leadership, a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
