This dashboard was built atop consolidating independent tables with portions of necessary data into one data table that could then be pulled into the Quicksight. After its rollout in September 2022, Recovery metrics have improved 12 percent per unit.● Created the Vendor Returns Dashboard, a first of its kind view into the Vendor Returns Department. Visualizations include backlog trends, process-level performance breakout, and shipment-level trends.● Created the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Generation Dashboard, a consolidated location for the Returns Network to understand upcoming and historical RMA trends.● Created the ReLo Backlog Entry Compliance Dashboard, a daily overview that calls-out sites with missing backlog entries, as well as an overview of the Returns Network backlog status. Utilization of this dashboard improved site-level ownership for backlog entries, and leadership saved over 100 hours across 3 months.
