CurrentCreate and design training and professional development courses for up to 250 participantsCreate online training through LMS CanvasOrganize and manage district initiatives based on input from stakeholdersGuide teams to complete assignments based upon goals set and document progress of projectsReview, create and design K-5 curriculum Analyze data to evaluate areas of support neededStimulate and support district and school-based action research in order to improve teacher and student learningLead and support a vision for K-5 Math that focuses on raising student achievement and creating high-quality learning experiences Provide on-site assistance to teachers and academic teams to fully understand the TEKS, ELPS, Blended Learning, and technology integration.Work collaboratively with district staff, campus personnel to track longitudinal data to reflect and adjust instructional practices Support district school improvement initiatives (i.e. assessment plan, Effective Schools Framework, PLC process, TEKS, Curriculum)Provide professional development, constructive feedback and direction to Principals, Instructional Leadership Teams (ILT), coaches, interventionists, and content area educators, on the improvement of student achievement and effective implementation of math curriculum programs and interventionsCollect and disseminate district-wide assessment data to determine growth, trends, and areas of opportunities for instructional/program improvement and professional development needsCollaborate with school and district coaches, principals, content coordinator colleagues, K-12 Principals, to ensure curriculum units, assessments, instructional strategies, interventions and resources, are aligned to State standardsReview and adjust budgets annuallyAssist with the campus strategic plan and formulation of the CIP and TIPCollaborate with campus personnel to develop curriculum-based assessments aligned to the depth and complexity of the TEKS.
