I have many years' experience working in the auto-enrolment and retirement scheme sector and am very familiar with UK pensions legislation and requirements. As an Implementation Manager, I am responsible for guiding and supporting employers and individual clients through the implementation process of their auto-enrolment schemes. I am able to work closely with clients to understand their needs and help them set up and manage their retirement plans in line with the regulations.During my time at Royal London, I am responsible for managing the implementation team to ensure projects are delivered on time and with high quality customer service.
