In this role I am responsible for maintaining employee recruitment system to ensure qualified applicants can apply for position. I am also responsible for screening, interviewing, evaluation, and offer negotiation process.

In this role I currently am a sales agent for CIG where I produce sales for the company as well as offer support for the team as the office manager. Office Manager role includes the following:- Answer incoming calls and direct to correct person.- Do follow up calls to potential clients, do sales presentations and close the sale.- Coordinate appointments and meetings for CEO and manage calendar.- Ensure proper stock levels in office.- On-boarding of new CIG agents and clients.- Communicate and coordinate with web developer on all things related to CIG website & email, including technical issues.- Communicate with current customers and new prospects to answer any questions and assist them with customer service related issues. - Communicate with current and new agents to assist with questions about PAL website or CIG.- Coordinate training, trips, etc. at the discretion of the CEO.

In this role I work as a licensed insurance agent for an online independent insurance company where I sale to prospective customers as well as service my direct clientele. Since we provide services online only and nationwide, it is important to build a rapport with clients and make them feel confident with the coverage options I am providing as well as with myself as their point of contact at the agency. I am currently appointed with several insurance providers such as Mercury, Travelers, Safeco, State Auto, AIG, AMIG, MetLife to name a few. Responsibilities include the following:- Reach out to warm leads to get a feel for what their coverage needs are and collect information for them to provide the prospects with a quote.- Educate and consult with customers and potential clients of their coverage options to help them make the best decision on their policy needs.- Offer the options for coverages with the company I best see fit to take care of their needs.- Use underwriting skills to ensure the best fit for the customer based on the information they give to me so I am making sure to take on the right clients and not open the company up to liability issues.- Train others in the personal lines department to make sure they are making the correct underwriting decisions and are able to explain coverage options correctly and in a way that makes sense to potential customers/customers. - Responsible for on boarding of new employees as far as training them on computer systems we use to quote and sale insurance, as well as the processes and procedures within the company.

Provides an array of support to policyholders including:- Consulting and educating insureds about coverage options.- Providing comprehensive policy reviews.- Providing insurance quotes.- Processing underwriting transactions.- Researching and finding resolutions on billing issues and inquiries.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to: -Coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.-Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.-Create contracts for new clients to agree to before starting new projects.-Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget by paying close attention to detail.-Manages changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.-Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.-Overseeing the accounting, costing and billing for all client projects in Facility Maintenance (FM) department using Timberline software.-Successfully manages the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.-Attend pre-bid meetings and decide which projects fall under the scope of the FM department.-Create an estimate/bid on projects that fall under the scope of the FM department.-Attend weekly meetings for major clients to allow client to know the status of projects and provide feedback to confirm projects are completed as agreed upon.-Update management weekly via reports on status of projects in FM department during weekly meetings.-Create weekly reports for management showing how much was estimated, scheduled and invoiced for the week.

In this role I did the following: -Support the New Construction sales staff and installation team by processing transactions and ordering products.-Schedule jobs according to job readiness -Handle purchase orders from outside vendors and monitor ETAs to update sales, design, builders, superintendents. -Manage invoices for purchase order accounts to confirm the purchase orders match the totals for each job, as well as research and correct the purchase orders that do not match.-I am also responsible for managing all administrative tasks related to each job. -In this role I closely interact with the outside sales team, designers, operation staff, project managers and supervisors.

Handled multiple assignments including, but not limited to: -Processing company charge backs (short paid invoices) at which I was able to save the company over $20K by researching and finding ways to recoup monies.-Helped improve RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process and processed RMAs-Processed purchase orders from customers as small as local shops to big box retailers such as Walmart and Canadian Tire (also E-Commerce purchase orders), -Helped with setting pricing on products -Provided customer support via email and phone, -Created and updated spreadsheets for sales as well as accounting on a daily/weekly basis-Compiled reports and other special assignments as required.

Provided support for mortgages and loans, resolved any issues that arose with customer accounts and assisted in special projects within the company.
