Act as a victim advocate for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Accompany victims to court on any occasion. Operate a 24/7 hotline for victims of domestic abuse and sexual assault. Develop ideas for and conduct group counseling sessions for victims. Perform general clerical duties as needed.

Supervise cashiers and customer service desk employees providing leadership, guidance, and direction to minimize customer wait times and to provide pleasant shopping experience. Responsible for ensuring proper cashier and customer service desk coverage. Provide excellent customer service while assisting shoppers with all immediate concerns. Mentor and train new employees to function as cashiers and customer service representatives to create customer friendly environment and ensure an outstanding customer experience creating customer loyalty and facilitating repeat business. Operate checkout counter and cash register as a cashier to ensure customer satisfaction by accurately tendering products and cash and credit transactions. Direct handling of cash, credit cards and checks. Providing a fast, fresh and friendly checkout experience. As a deli clerk, provide superior customer service to deli customers. Prepare deli foods and slice meat and cheese according to the customer's requests. Follow store safety and food handling policy and procedures and federal, state, and municipal health department guidelines.

Fall and spring semester volunteer providing Basic Life Support (BLS) to Lynchburg College students, faculty, staff and visitors. Respond to emergency calls with efficient and immediate care to both critically ill and injured persons. Conduct all relations with patients in a professional, confidential manner, and maintain a positive attitude during treatment. Participate in training activities to refine skills and seek new methods of treatment to better serve patients. Function within the scope of care as defined by state, regional and local regulatory agencies.Leadership positions held: Treasurer, Sergeant.

Responsible for the creation and processing of various documents, files, and records utilizing Microsoft Office Suite. Development and implementation of aging wellness programs to serve the 55+ population of Region 2000. Facilitate adult computer skills training.
