One of the primary responsibilities is to meet quarterly and annual sales target. As the leader of the sales team, I must establish sales goals and create incentive programs for my personnel. I perform revenue forecasts and win/loss reports that illustrate my team's overall performance against quota. I also creates sales campaigns focused on communicating and nurturing relationships with customers, and driving repeat sales. Some of my other duties include developing presentations for clients and partners, conducting market analysis and devising strategies for generating new business. Another very important function of my job is to be available for my sales team members for guidence and direction.Also prospect new clients and assign them to the best fit team member to maximize the profit with the account. Another aspect I have is to recruit new talent.
