-Responsible for overseeing the on boarding and training of all new Walmart Claims Services General Liability case managers. -Manage day-to-day operations for a core team of 5 handling 4 states and 2 lines of business and upwards of 15 new hires. -Partner with business in the talent sourcing, interviewing, and hiring efforts -Develop and Update Training content and manuals

-Manage day-to-day operations for a team of 5-22 associates and the largest financial budget within department -Develop and nourish professional relationships with business partners, including Legal and Operations to reduce risk and company legal exposure -Design, manage, and execute programs to improve efficiency, process improvement, and people development

-Manage full caseload as licensed insurance adjuster including complex cases and claims with a high potential to become litigated
