As a looked-after child who faced childhood trauma before being adopted, and later as a domestic abuse survivor, I have a deep understanding of the challenges that vulnerable individuals face. These experiences shaped my unwavering dedication to safeguarding, advocacy, and creating environments where no one slips through the cracks.I have been disheartened by the lack of genuine care and attention within the industry, even in organisations with the best intentions.
