Enjoyed providing administrative support for the Structural Sales team. A few of my duties included fulfilling sample requests, job closeouts, order reconciliations, assisting with quotes, invoicing, preparing cert letters, stock checks, submitting test and sample batch requests and investigating and resolving issues as they came up. I used SAP on a daily.

Provided office management support for Child Care Services. Some of my responsibilities included helping customers, processing payments, coordinating and attending quarterly meetings and keeping the front office running smoothly.

Coordinated the process of weekly and semi-monthly payrolls for over 400 employees.

Admin Assistant to the Executive Manager of IT. My responsibilities included cell phone administration, maintaining files and records, scheduling meetings, purchase order tracking, maintaining software license records, screening phone calls and making travel arrangements. I also learned the AS/400 system and created process documentation to assist with.

Answered phones on a 15-incoming line phone system, ordered supplies, sorted mail, distributed reports and faxes and prepared bank deposits. In addition, I assisted with preparation of presentations for the Sales and Marketing Department.
