I am a dedicated Customer Success Manager. I have experience working with clients from a variety of verticals to ensure satisfaction with their technological environments! As a CSM, I would proactively monitor my client's technological environment, address technology concerns, and work collaboratively with my company's internal teams to ensure that my clients' technology needs were met!I have ample experience working with clients both onsite and remotely. I worked as a Product Trainer/Implementation Specialist, traveling onsite to my clients to provide instruction on how to utilize their new Canon, Toshiba and Xerox multi-function devices. I would communicate with my company's sales team and the clients to ensure that I was tailoring the training to meet the needs of their end users.In addition, I am continuing to broaden my skillset as I learn and explore the world of Instructional Design!
