I am a results-driven professional with over 8 years of experience in community engagement, program development, and youth mentorship. I excel at managing resources, developing leadership programs, and ensuring that every student feels valued and supported. My efforts have resulted in a significant increase in youth participation and engagement, all while maintaining strong relationships with local organizations and community partners.In addition to my hands-on experience, I bring strong skills in event management, team leadership, strategic planning, excellent communication, and crisis support.
