At my core, I am a people-centric worker. My deepest work satisfaction comes opportunities to build lasting one-on-one connections with people; clients, patients, customers and coworkers. I love to coach, teach and develop those around me using an authentic interest in the uniqueness of the individual.I am a developer, adaptable and emotionally intelligent. I can learn anything set before me, and never shy away from a challenge. I make teams stronger by encouraging people and lifting them up, both emotionally and professionally. I would never leave a teammate behind. I show grit, optimism, and a unique determination that makes me a powerful placement on any team. I am helpful, hardworking, organized, reliable, and energizing. The standards I keep for myself are very high. My mind is always open, and am always ready to learn. I want to work in a role where I feel aligned with my company’s procedures and policies, as well as performing a role with profound impact in improving people's wellness in mind, body, spirit. My undergraduate degree program emphasized that no aspect of health stands above and away from the others. Mental, social, cultural, family, occupational, spiritual, emotional, and physical health all combine to tell the complete story of what makes a person well. Each slice of this pie cannot be valued more than the others, and I keep this truth close to my heart. My ultimate goal is to make people feel safer, stronger, more empowered than they did before they met me.
