Central Delivery is a courier company serving the greater Houston area. My job is to take delivery orders from customers, and coordinate with our dispatch team to get as many orders completed as possible in the most efficient manner. My position also requires misc. office duties including filing, maintaining company social media sites, and assisting with weekly driver payroll distribution.

While working with Eye Trends, my position started as a Doctor's Assistant where my duties included appointment booking, electronic and manual filing systems, taking patients through all preliminary tests, and preparing exam rooms for each Doctor. As my time progressed, I was moved to the insurance department where I verified benefits for all appointments on the schedule for the upcoming week. I also received cash register training and online insurance filing for medical visits. I also was responsible for ordering contact lens supplies and maintaining sample inventories.
