(Direct Contractor)-Responsible for Talent Acquisition in support of the System Office HQ for CHE Trinity including full life cycle recruiting activities. -Collaborates with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers for assigned divisions to address Talent Acquisition needs. -Provide consultative services including workforce planning, establishing service level agreements, regular reporting and developing sourcing strategies while maintaining excellent relations with hiring managers and delivering a top notch candidate experience.-Activities include; attracting and identifying candidates to fill positions; managing the interview process; guiding newly hired colleagues through onboarding process; coordinating relocation services; scheduling, conducting interviews; and responding to varied ad-hoc assignments.
