Human Resources Specialist
Interview applicants, process new hires, perform new hire orientation, maintain training, maintain full staffing, complete action plans of improvement for retention, assist associates with health benefits, process employment changes, oversee completion of 60 day and yearly evaluations, ADA compliance, educate management on HR policies and procedures, investigate harassment and discrimination cases, assist with safety training and accident reporting, manage return to work and FMLA leave, weekly processing of payroll, calculate and enter payroll adjustments, review payroll reports, communicates with manager for adherence to pay for work policy, review payroll reports, and oversee compliance with attendance.
