Working as an account executive at Fil Rouge has given me the opportunity to learn about the ins and outs of corporate communications and employer branding. Some of my main tasks: - Translating the client's wishes into recruitment campaign propositions - Managing & coordinating social media campaigns- Organizing & coordinating HR events- Developing & providing social media training- Devising promotional materials (quotes, themes, visuals) for office branding- (Re)writing advertisements, mailings, websites, promotional material ... and coordinating its development- Instructing & managing the graphic team- Presenting campaign propositions to (potential) clients

During my internship at Fil Rouge I've gained experience in Recruitment Communications and Corporate Communications. Skills:- Proofreading and (re)writing recruitment adverts, corporate magazines, etc. - Organizing and coordinating a personnel event- Translating the client's wishes into campaign propositions- Conducting and writing out interviews and employee testimonials- Online recruitment advertising (Facebook, Jobat, Careerbuilder...)- Administration (invoicing, filing, prospection, etc.)

During my internship at A Fortiori I've gained experience in selection and recruitment within the banking and insurance industries. Skills: - Searching and screening job candidates- Conducting STAR-interviews- Psychological reporting of the candidate's skills and work experiences- Took part in workshops on searching job candidates via online databases such as LinkedIn and Monster
