I am currently a full time student and a part time copy and print associate at Staples. I am a Communications Studies major as well as working on my minor in Child and Adolescent development. As an independent woman I have come to learn many lessons in life as I officially entered the workforce at the age of 16. I have been in many fields from medical, educational, retail and data entry. In each field I developed different sets of skills such as interpersonal and small group communications, organization, multitasking and leadership skills. In each occupation I have held, I have always given 110% and motivated others to be their very best. In my management roles, I fostered an open and safe environment to allow my fellow comrades to share their critiques and concerns without feeling threatened as well as performed recruitment and training orientations while processing an average of 600 inquiries in the same shift. In data entry my average collection rate is 4000 items in a seven hour shift while managing and coordinating with other collectors about their responsibilities pertaining to the particular job.
