Administer a variety of closed development networks as a lead Sr Computer Systems Analyst. I manage AD Windows Domains, each having their own set of hardware, physical servers, multiple VCenter environments, NetApp storage solutions and network devices. I advise and plan for infrastructure tech refreshes, also support business development and Proposal efforts regarding RFP material planning. Previously I mentored my first few years at NG with our Cyber Patriot team, comprised of two High school teams, which I found most rewarding.

Support and maintain Theatre Deployable Communications (TDC) networking equipment for the Ohio Air National Guard. Mentor team members, and train them on the equipment/network. Additionally, responsible as the lead for our Mission Defense Team.

I supported USAFE A6 on the ACBN program to maintain and develop SharePoint pages, including automation of processes and procedures. Additional I supported training and technical improvements with the 86th Comm Squadron’s ACAS team.

Worked for the 121st Communications Flight as a Cyber Transport Airmen assisting with computer networking and phone support of the base infrastructure, servicing approximately 1,300 airmen. Helped create content during a deployment upgrade of a 2013 Sharepoint for the Wing, also including user access and training for new maintainers.

Supported a variety of program networks as a System Administrator, including hybrid Windows, Linux and Solaris operating systems. I implemented JFAN 6/3, DCID and NIST computer security settings per contract requirements. Successfully completed an on base project in 9 months of a Citrix XenDesktop VDI solution, giving end users access to 20 WAN accessible gpu intensive virtual desktops. Redesigned our SharePoint 2010 collaborative site, to improve collaboration for the entire IT division of AIS.

Managed the entire MacB corporations backups, which included numerous remote site backups for approximately 4 years. I worked on SharePoint 2007, site creations and permissions management for proposal efforts. I gained Linux experience at this position working with Red Hat Enterprise Server, CentOS, and Ubuntu. I went to a week long training course regarding Information Assurance for JFAN 6/3. I performed system hardening on both networked and standalone equipment covering NISPOM CH. 8 and JFAN 6/3 security requirements for both Windows and Linux systems.

Worked at the CATs help desk during college, assisting with password/account resets and computer troubleshooting for students and faculty on the entire WSU campus, both phone and in person.
