As a Senior Director of People and Programs at FIU Online, I direct human resources, data analytics, and academic program management for the largest online education provider in Florida. With more than 20 years of experience in leadership, learning, and organizational development, I am passionate about guiding talent growth and coaching, teaching and training management, and enabling organizational innovation and excellence.I am also an Adjunct Professor at Florida International University and Park University, where I teach various courses on technical leadership, emotional intelligence, adult learning, change management, smart governance, and biostatistics, among others. I am a scholar-practitioner who applies research-based insights and best practices to real-world challenges and opportunities. I am a QM Certified Peer Reviewer, an EQi 2.0 Certified Administrator, and an ATD Master Performance Consultant. I hold a PhD in Business Management, specializing in Strategy and Innovation, and a Master of Education in Adult Education.
