• Responsible for analysing data, to provide daily, weekly and monthly reports as required managing Streetworks performance of the business, and statistics in accordance with requirements.• Analyse data to highlight inefficiencies in performance.• Investigate and report on Streetwork Charges received associated to the business, to mitigate the liability of impact.• Regular liaison with the customers Streetworks Team and Highway Authorities.• Collate performance data and present findings for meetings within the business and / or the customer.• Deliver performance reports on Streetwork activities from the data received from the customer and within the Works Management System.• Support the Group Streetworks Manager to meet ambitious annual targets for delivery performance, which is measured in terms of the number of NRSWA / TMA charges received, challenged, accepted and cancelled.• Keep abreast any changes within the NRSWA and TMA legislation to ensure compliance with processes and develop best working practice.• Represent the business at Highway Authority and Customer meetings as required.• Working closely with the customers, other colleagues and management to be able to deliver excellent levels of customer services for the benefit of the customers, local communities and the reputation of the Highway Authorities.• Ensure that the Works Management System is aligned with the information received from the Customer, to enable works to be scheduled first time on time.• Manage contract specific Defect and Sec.81 works.• Planning defect teams (operations) to rectify remedial works, this including making gang packs, ordering materials, ensuring that notice / permits have been raised and the correct notifications are sent ontime to prevent Streetwork charges being received.

•Ensured that the business stayed in line with the NRSWA regulations, to promote a positive image for the company.•Delivered streetworks noticing administration – ie: raising unplanned or planned notices within EToN, also ensuring that all stages of the streetwork notice requests were accurating recorded to prevent FPN or Section 74 charges being received.•Provided an internal daily ‘Jeopardy Report’ over the weekend to show all works currently in progress, to manage to status of each job and what activity was required prior to the end date of the works.•Regular liaison with the Local Authority’s, 3rd Party Contractors and Client.•Dealing with e-mails and phone calls received from the gangs, client engineers, 3rd party contractors, to ensure that Mayrise (EToN system) and the internal works management system were updated at all times.•Working with and communicating effectively with the agents on call, and also working on my own initiative.•Inputting of notice / permit data with speed and accuracy.•Dealing with customer complaints received from the client, members of the public and London authorities via email or phone call, and able to take appropriate action where needed following the escalation process if required.•Prioritise efficiently in a fast paced environment with demands of reports and results, with tight deadlines to meet.
