Including verification of coverage, legal liability and extent of damages to persons and property, this required contact by telephone, by correspondence, or in person•Independently review, evaluate, and settle a large volume of complex/non-routine property, casualty, medical, and subrogation claims for five states•Worked with minimal supervision in recognizing and resolving complex coverage issues and policy interpretation, while appropriately using defense counsel as needed
