I was hired as a contractor on the Engineering Support team. I worked on the team until the following July when I moved to the Common Test Lab. I moved because I saw many more opportunities for me with my existing talents and those that I wanted to learn.* Lead team member responsible for CTL’s NPI ( New Product Initiative ) which not only included new filers but new cache cards, network cards, disks, etc.* Worked with several groups to bring online hundreds of internally donated filers into the CTL so they could be used by more than one group* Responsible for documentation on new procedures and upgrades* Part of group that assisted software development groups with software and hardware upgrades for their respective areas* Part of group responsible for timely creation and continuous updates on bugs found with any software or hardware found through updates and testing with software developers* Part of team responsible for ticket resolution on those opened by hardware and software developers related to their testing. This also includes assisting with their running code and determining where the problem lies* Part of team responsible for all hardware replacement including the assistance provided to hardware developers during NPI process
