INSPECTION PPM稽查PPM1. work with IT team, lead the development of inspection team ERP system, finish training and updating data into the system, and officially start use the system in the whole inspection team(80-90 people); 与IT团队合作，负责开发稽查团队ERP系统，完成整个团队的培训（80－90人）及所有数据的上传，同时正式启动系统的使用； 2. Support Team leader on the whole china E-barcode project, already finish the first phase, complete the e-barcode installation and production line update in selected factories. finished the project planning and budget application for the second phase（budget around 30million); 协助运营总监推广E-BARCODE全国啤酒追溯系统，已经成功完成第一阶段，完成了E-BARCODE专利供应商合作协商及在全国选定的5家工厂的生产线安装了E-BARCODE系统。同时完成第二期项目计划及预算申请（2017年预算，预计三千万）； 3. Help inspection director with inspection team management, which include business planing, performance management, daily management, team building, etc. 协助稽查总监进行团队管理，包括业务计划，目标分配，绩效管理，日常运营，团建，团队费用及报销，所有数据分析及业务报告及总结，编写团队执行政策等； TRADE MARKETING SME: 渠道营销专家：1. Marketing package management. Help HQ to make FY budget, provide visibility for BU marketing package usage, improve the accuracy of LE, provide monthly marketing package report, etc. 市场项费用管理：协助总部进行全年预算分配，制作月度报告，提高LE准确度等； 2. Monthly reports and other meeting materials to present team performance and specific project; 协助管理SPR团队，提供月度培训、业绩等各项报告，协同咨询公司及人力部门进行团队ERP系统的开发和改进； 3. POC(retailer, shops) excutioin, like seasonal promotion or fetival promotion. involve in the plan making, target setting, material confirmation and purchase, result tracking etc. 市场执行，如季度主题推广或节日推广，参与执行的计划，目标分配，物料确认及采购，执行追踪等；4 Organize discussion and meeting with BU managers and suppliers for special cases and events execution；针对具体活动或市场执行组织区域经理及供应商进行会议讨论；

1. Finish daily quotation effectively and accurately, decide product margin base on product group, history price and market price. 2. Pricing analysis for project quotaton(Special price applicatoin), collect project info and do market research, then suggest price to pricing manager/finance controller;3. Picing related report: SPA report, Margin report, Project protection record, Cost report, etc;4. Pricing maintainance in SAP system;5. Help pricig manager to update Master price list;6. Provide pricing related info to PM/Sales leader;7. Communicate with sourcing team and PM, help prepare material for new product launch.8. Market analysis/product line analysis(life cycle, market price, PAM/TAM/SAM, etc).

Report to BD director. 1.Held weekly meeting and record the schedule of projects in funnel, update the project status on sales force and generate report to team leader; 2.Do monthly report of booking/billing/forcast, analyze from customer and product line perspectiive, and finish other report/analysis base on BD director's requirement;3. Evaluate the performance of sales;4. Collect market info and do analysis from vertical perspective;5. Help prepare data for monthly opration review.6. Market/Vertical analysis

1. Job rotation to learn different department's function, mainly focus on sales and marketing. 2. Do two projects--product launch kit and sales team evaluation--under the guidance of marketing manager and sales leader.3. Personally did analysis on small account managemet base on company's situation; 4. In the mean time, help sales team leader to do reports and analyze sales team performance.
