In this role, I am instrumental in the development and execution of Amika's SOPs and KPIs, working closely with the Guest Experience Director, helping to streamline operations and measure success effectively. I play a significant role in shaping Amika's branding strategy, ensuring consistency across all channels, and enhancing our market presence.Additionally, I am responsible for the production and dispatch of both internal and external communications, producing inviting content for team members, clients, and stakeholders; ensuring that our messaging is clear, engaging, and aligned with our brand values.I am currently overseeing the relaunch of our services, successfully implementing new service standards that improve both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, aligning with our brand and stakeholder values and ensuring customer engagement and retention.

I support an extensive portfolio of FOH team members to deliver a first-class, proactive, and innovative 5* Front of House experience. I drive consistency in service delivery with training, audits, site visits, client and regional management reporting, events and engagement, branding and marketing, communications, and KPI targets. I provide front-of-house specialist knowledge and proactively offer professional guidance and direction to my regional portfolio team.

Within 2 months in this position, I achieved the significant milestone of increasing tenant engagement by 700%. To boost engagement, I took the initiative of creating 101 Embankment's first LinkedIn page and successfully executed marketing and promotional activities on social media and in-house apps. This has played a critical role in the current high percentage of engagement and impressive performance statistics. Apart from providing exceptional FOH customer service, I also manage the building’s diary, meeting room bookings, security passes, and client expectations.
