Worked for the company twice. Once for 4 years and then for 1 1/2. Duties include but are not limited to Customer service, answering phones, knowing the menu, being able to upsell guests to higher priced and better products, listening to and helping resolve guest complaints/issues, handling money, responsible service of alcohol.I did serve as a key hourly employee for @ 6 months during the first 4 years with the company. My responsibilities included the management of 10-20 employees depending on the shift that I was covering. I was also required to handle/count large sums of money at the end of the shift and make deposits to the bank.
