In both my roles as a Wellbeing Coach at Work Happy and a Mental Health Counselor at The Empathy Club, I am dedicated to promoting mental health literacy and destigmatizing conversations around mental health. By fostering a culture of empathy, understanding, and acceptance, I aim to create a more supportive and compassionate society where everyone feels valued and understood.Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients, including survivors of trauma, disadvantaged adolescents, and individuals living with disabilities. Each interaction has reinforced my belief in the power of empathy, compassion, and evidence-based practices to facilitate healing and growth. At the core of my philosophy lies a simple yet profound principle: to leave others better than I found them. This ethos is encapsulated in the quote, "we're all just walking each other home."
