Based on a strong understanding of the consumer and competitive landscape within higher education, I lead a nimble team of strategic marketers and researchers that drive program and portfolio excellence for Collegis partners. Deliverables include providing actionable insights and recommendations based on market and competitive research, portfolio positioning, target audience identification, program value proposition development and marketing strategy development and execution. To address increasing competition and commoditization within higher education, I developed and implemented a unique framework to guide identification of program value drivers and differentiators in alignment with consumer demand and target audience insights.
