Driving continuous improvement and growth within organizations starts with our commitment to pushing the boundaries of our own personal development. As the global leader for talent development and learning at Fortive, I spearhead our efforts dedicated to building strategic leadership capabilities and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Through a robust, forward-thinking learning strategy, my team and I empower our people to excel in their roles today and develop as leaders who are ready to navigate the challenges of tomorrow. Prior to joining Fortive, I advised some of the world’s largest technology, life sciences, and energy companies on their most imperative people and workforce agendas. At EY I played an integral role in shaping the firm’s strategies in areas such as people experience, leadership development, organizational culture, change management, enterprise learning, DEI, and employee engagement. At Rice University's Doerr Institute for New Leaders, I teach mid to late-career professionals in both the practical and theoretical aspects of executive and leadership coaching through the CoachRICE program. I hold a doctorate degree from Columbia University and continue as an active scholar-practitioner. My research explores the integration of artificial intelligence in learning solutions, critical factors in executive leader transitions, and the design of employee experiences that positively influence business results.
