As an Account Executive with Kelly I was responsible for sourcing and securing new partnerships in the Dallas / Ft. Worth area. I prospected, networked and set up meetings with new partners to understand their business needs and cultivate individual workforce solutions for them. Likewise, I conducted initial assessments to ensure that all of our Kelly employees have a safe and healthy workplace to thrive in. In this role I always met and exceeded all metrics in place for me. I also mentored new AEs as they joined the team - ensuring they had all of the support they needed to be successful in their roles.
