I have partnered with Merchandising, Realty, Store Planning, and Divisional leaders to ensure the seamless implementation of Walmart Health centers and helped us earn an above 80 Net Promoter Score (NPS), increase our return-patient-visits by 50%, and minimize disruption in other areas of the business. I enjoy leading people, improving processes, building relationships, and collaborating with others. My passion for public speaking has led me to serve as a panel speaker at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) and keynote speaker for the American Telehealth Association (ATA) and Kayo Digital Health. While my actions create a positive impact at my company, my life’s mission is to bring joy to those less fortunate. I have been a proud volunteer for several organizations including the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Arkansas Children’s Hospital, and the Good Samaritan Pantry. Today, I am proud to serve on the Board of Directors for HealthyWomen and Baptist Health.Outside of work, I enjoy mountain biking, gardening, and watching my kids engaged in their activities.
